It is, for the year 2016, a grandiose and epic movie that sheds light upon the anti-corruption campaign now raging in China. It happened in 1951 in the city of Tianjin, just prior to the commencement of an airfield construction close to the city, when occurred in the city four consecutive murders which threatened an impending urban panic and thus imposed an administrative crisis upon the local CCP ramifications on diverse levels. Thus shows the clues of corruption of Liu Qingshan and Zhang Zishan.
