《Saving Mr. Wu》is an action/crime/thriller, based on the true events of an infamous kidnapping of a movie star.Outside of a busy bar street during the holidays, Hong Kong actor Mr. Wu (Andy Lau) gets taken away by Zhang Hua (Qianyuan Wang) who is disguised as a police officer.After receiving news of the possible kidnapping, the police dispatches their best investigation team Xing Feng (Ye Liu) and Cao Gang (Roufu Wu) to investigate the case.
