Fujian Film Studio Co., Ltd, formerly known as Fujian Film Studio, was established in 1958. In the 1980s, it became one of the 16 feature film producers in China. Over the past six decades, it has produced the first domestic color feature film Annals of a Provincial Town, the first domestic co-produced feature film the Holy Robe of Shaolin Temple, the Road, Growing Pains of Swordsmen, Blood Reincarnation, Love on Gallerv Bridge and other excellent films. The awards received include China Huabiao Film Awards, Golden Rooster Awards, Hundred Flowers Awards, China TV Drama Flying Apsaras Awards, and the Best Works Award. In recent years, the studio has shot more than 20 films and TV series, among which Marshal Peng Dehuai won the 14th Best Works Award and the 31st Outstanding Historical Television Series Flying Apsaras Awards.
